All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed. If you are not satisfied, I will replace the animal as long as you notify me within 48 hours from the time of arrival or pickup.

All specimens are available on a first come, first serve basis. Advanced reservations are accepted with a 25% non-refundable deposit. All customers with deposits will be notified first, followed by non-deposit customers. If I cannot supply you with your order, your deposit will be refunded promptly.

Most animals can be delivered at the larger European shows like Hamm Germany, Snakeday Holland, Rødovre Reptile fair Denmark, Expo syd Sweden.
